1. Platform Ownership
This internship portal is operated by Solanki Fusion Technology. The portal, internship workflows, notices, project records, resource approvals, API allocations, documents and related data are company-managed assets.
2. Intern Account Responsibility
Interns must keep their login password confidential, maintain accurate profile details, and immediately update incorrect contact or university information. Account sharing, impersonation, or misuse of another intern's identity is not allowed.
3. Privacy Controls
Interns can control whether friends may view their mobile number, email, date of birth, university, project details, and request history. Admins may still access required records for internship management, verification, approval, compliance, support and security purposes.
4. Friend Network Conduct
Friend requests should be sent only for genuine collaboration. Do not spam requests, pressure interns to share private details, or misuse details visible after connection. Accepted friends can view only the details permitted by the intern's privacy settings.
5. Project Rules
Projects must belong to the approved categories shown on the project form. Teams must follow the assigned scope, avoid copying proprietary work, and keep source code, backend details, server credentials and API keys inside approved company channels.
6. Resource And API Usage
Professional email IDs, servers, deployment spaces, APIs and API keys are provided only for internship tasks. Interns must not share credentials outside their team, use resources for personal work, overload services, or expose secrets in public repositories.
7. Chat, Notices And Notifications
Portal chat and notifications are intended for project coordination, official updates and support. Communication should remain respectful, relevant and professional. Abusive language in Hindi, English or Hinglish is blocked. Interns may report or block another intern with a clear reason. Admins may review portal activity to resolve disputes, prevent misuse and maintain a safe internship environment.
8. Data Accuracy And Retention
Intern profile records, project activity, requests, approvals and notices may be retained for internship records, certificates, audits and operational continuity. Interns should update their profile when details change.
9. Policy Enforcement
Misuse of the portal, credential sharing, harassment, unauthorized resource use, data leakage or project rule violation can lead to removal of access, rejection of project approvals, internship action or other company decisions.
